I’m Daniela Recinos, founder of Cima Media — a company rooted in creativity, business strategy, and intentional growth.
I’ve always been incredibly passionate about business — not only the creative side, but the structure, leadership, systems, and people behind it all. My background in business management, marketing, real estate, and operations shaped the way I view growth: the strongest businesses are built with both vision and integrity.
What I enjoy most is working with passionate people and helping them strengthen the ideas they care about. I love helping businesses discover what makes them unique, refine their direction, and create something that genuinely reflects who they are. Seeing people become more confident and excited about what they’re building is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
Background & Experience
Business has always been more than work to me — it’s something I genuinely love. I’ve always been fascinated by the way strong leadership, clear vision, creativity, and human connection can completely transform a business and the people behind it.
My background in marketing, leasing, property management, business operations, and human resources gave me experience working closely with people during important and often stressful moments in their lives. Those experiences taught me how much trust, communication, professionalism, and empathy truly matter — not only in leadership, but in building businesses people actually want to support and be a part of.
Combined with my education in business management, that passion naturally grew into a love for consulting, branding, strategy, and helping people strengthen the vision behind what they’re building. I care deeply about ethical business, intentional growth, strong workplace culture, and showing that honesty, respect, and genuinely valuing people are not weaknesses in business — they’re often what make a business truly successful and lasting.
